When making a purchase of products customers are required to provide: name, company name (optional), billing address, physical address, email address, and credit card information. This information is collected from a secure online order form and is used to verify payment prior to delivery of the purchased information product. The IP address of the customer is also collected at the time of completing the order form.
Where the Annuity Pro Shop is a reseller or affiliate of another company's products or services, the visitor is taken to that company's web site with a link. If they purchase a product or service from that company, the Annuity Pro Shop may receive details of the customer other than credit card information.
When site visitors download or receive free information products from the Annuity Pro Shop web site, the email address and any other information provided by the visitor are stored.

The credit card information of the customer collected during purchase of products is used to verify payment before product delivery. This information is sent via a private secure network to a third party credit card processor to confirm the legitimacy of the customer and to get approval from the customer's credit card issuing bank.
The email addresses of subscribers to the Annuity Pro Shop are used to maintain the distribution of this service.
The email addresses of visitors downloading free information products are used from time to time by the Annuity Pro Shop to promote its own products.
The web site tracking information enables us to better tailor our content to customers' needs and to help us understand the demographics of our audience and measure the results of our marketing activities.

No information collected during a transaction is shared with any other party other than customer information during credit card transaction validation as described above.
How is the information stored?
